So, back in the day there was an internal mod for PowerBooks (ones that didn’t have video out) that allowed output to an external monitor. It was made by Mirror. https://68kmla.org/bb/index.php?threads/some-mod-for-powerbook-170-display-out.32379/
While searching for PBs, I saw a fully functioning PB 170 for cheap. But I’d wanted one that can output to an external monitor.
So, what about recreating this mod for the 170?
If YOU have this mod in a PowerBook, please post detailed images here! I’ve seen the photos from the thread above and it doesn’t seem to be a very complicated add-on.
