I used disk tool floppy disk. You should use the proper floppy to format the drive and install a new system (floppy #2 disk drive utilities IIRC)
#2 disk has more possibilities with hdd operations than disk tool?
thanks, send me this patched disk tools if You can, please. It would be very useful. The tool you want is called HD SC Setup, and it's on the Disk Tools disk (that's what it's called in English, I'm afraid I don't know what it's called in Polish, but it's probably very similar).
You may need a patched version to see non-Apple drives. I have a patched Disk Tools disk with that on that I can send you, if it would be useful.
Try this:thanks, send me this patched disk tools if You can, please. It would be very useful.
which app should I use to create disk from dsk image?
On what OS? OS X?which app should I use to create disk from dsk image?
I will check this one. Maybe it will work. I afraid that it will very hard to find working scsi 1 hdd.https://stason.org/TULARC/pc/hard-drives-hdd/fujitsu/M2682SAM-353MB-3-5-SL-SCSI2-FAST.html
I am afraid your SCSI disk is probably not supported by the LC
CNH1 11-12 SCSI level
----------------------
x 11-12 CLOSED SCSI-2 mode
OPEN SCSI-1 / CCS mode
Will probably won't work, only the SCSI SE (single ended) is playing fine with this type of machines, everything else is hit or miss:
If there is a chance that the power to the HDD containing the
terminating resistor will be turned off, design the system so that
power to the terminating resistor (TERMPWR) is supplied from another
SCSI device. Generally, TERMPWR is supplied from the initiator
(host).
There are still quite a number of them around. They're not that rare .I afraid that it will very hard to find working scsi 1 hdd
sorry, somehow I change post, but I don't know why my reply was placed on the other topic...There are still quite a number of them around. They're not that rare .
If worst comes to worst, when the Arduino SCSI thing is finished, that will be a low-cost low-performance option to play with.
Yes! Another one lives!I installed system 7.1
I think MacBench is the one that most people seem to use around here.is there any benchmarks or stability tests for this Macs?
