Mac II - broken RAM simm clips

Hi,

as most of clips which holds the 30-pin SIMMs in place brake off by just looking at them, this has also happened to the previous owner of the Mac II logic board i'm currently working on.

Has anyone a good working fix on how to secure the SIMMs in place when these tiny nibbles broke away? I found a 3D printed solution but don't know if they fit the II sockets as the guy who made it did this for his SE/30:

Before i print them out, anyone already used these on a II?

Best regards,
Egon

In the past I've used hot glue - not ideal but at least it can be somewhat easily removed if needed and it is strong enough to hold the SIMMs in place.

Hi Josh,

thanks for your reply, using Hotglue was also my first idea - did that and it worked flawless. Also tried the 3D printed brackets from PotatoFi and just would like to let the community know that they also work on a Mac II without any issues, in case anyone needs them too:
