Looking for USB Adapter Card Support 1.2

I believe this version will work with my Macally UH-275 USB PCI Card in my G3 minitower. I CAN NOT find a place where I can download this on the internet. Version 1.4.1 is everywhere but that version doesn't work with this card.

If anybody has it, I'd appreciate if you could send it to me somehow, feel free to write a PM if you'd rather do it that way.

Macally is generally quite forthcoming with its software. You don't mention what OS (8, 9 or X) you have in the MT, but if you cannot find something here the situation is indeed dire.

If a Macally card relies on native Apple software, some idea of the OS concerned will help your helpers, perhaps? Apple's USB Mass Storage Support extension also exists as v2.1.1 (OS 9.2.1) as well as the v1.4.1 in USB Mass Storage Extension v2.0.4, but that may be later than your need.

And then there are such (also later) software pieces as USB Device Extension v1.5.8 (in Mac OS CPU Software 4.5) ... &c., &c.

This would be for Mac OS 9.2. Macally doesn't offer a driver for this card, and it is a USB 2.0 card (I believe) but I am almost certain that it was working in Mac OS 9 of the Mac I pulled it from. I tried the latest version of USB Adapter Card Support but that doesn't work. Looking around on the web, I have seen a few people mention that they have made their cards work by reverting to the older version 1.2 so that's why I'm looking for it.

Apple still has the ReadMe file online but no download link. I wish I had that Mac with me but it's not where I can get to it right now.

It would be quite cool if someone could dig this up.
