Is there anything about a beige G3 what can make PCI-Cards working in every PPC from the 7xxx to the latest G4, except Beige G3, ... ??

Yes - the very same ROM issue that we're discussing with the Trio card. I'd be willing to bet that if you check, you have a Rev B ROM in your Beige.

There must be a little competition for Rev. B ROMs at the moment. Within two hours of your post there was no trace of that offering. Just a B&W Yosemite board was left. Nonetheless, I thank you for the pointer.
