 ok

This is with line wrap enabled.
There are some other differences in that I put back R133, and have drives connected for testing to see if adding a custom alias for the Radeon 7000 helps with the crashing while running RAVE accelerated games that the 6500 is known for.(and we have some other thread somewhere about)

Code:
0 > dl ok
A > ok

Something weird happened with the dl command - 10 items were placed on the stack (according to the A > prompt)? Did you paste something different than before? In a case like that, it may be better to paste normally without the dl command so you can see what's happening after each line.

The corrected output in your new dump adds some missing info for Radeon 7000 (Subsystem, minimum latency, Interrupt pin, Expansion ROM address, Power Management capabilities) and the Ethernet controller (Interrupt pin, Expansion ROM address):

And apparently there is a 25000 character limit on the forum, but LibreWriter says my post was only around 24000.. Oh well. You probably don't need a new device-dump-tree but for completeness...

Code:
A > dump-device-tree
/
/PowerPC,603@0
PROPERTIES:
name PowerPC,603
device_type cpu
reg 00000000 00000000
cpu-version 00071201
clock-frequency 11E1A300

I would put the text in a zipped attachment unless you really want the text to be searchable by the forum?

According to dump-device-tree, restoring R133 changed the clock-frequency from the overclocked 300 MHz back to the original 275 MHz. No other significant changes except you updated the screen devalias to point to the Radeon 7000, changed auto-boot? to false, set use-nvramrc? to true, and set nvramrc to
Code:
devalias screen /bandit/ATY,BlueStar@E
cpoke 0a7 0f3000032
cpoke 093 0f3000033
cpoke 03e 0f300003a

The Gazelle ROM (Open Firmware 2.0.3) has fcode for ATI device ID 0x4754
so the answer to my question of "does a Gazelle ROM contain a ATI Rage Pro fCode image" would be a No then

worth keeping that in mind then that its likely even once the ATI Rage Pro is made to actually appear properly on the PCI bus, it wont actually work until theres suitable fcode in place for it

Something weird happened with the dl command - 10 items were placed on the stack (according to the A > prompt)? Did you paste something different than before? In a case like that, it may be better to paste normally without the dl command so you can see what's happening after each line.
I'm having fun with copy&pasting from different sources. Feel free to facepalm whenever you're ready. :)
If I copy the script off the website you have hosting it... I've managed to make that not work reliably. More on that later. If I download that hosted text file it does work.(hint: because of how I select it) And then also adding in testing with middle-click paste and terminal settings.
When a paste didn't work I don't really have a clue if it's a terminal setting(came up before with a different program, I think, but now I'm questioning everything) or if it's the contents of the paste. At least with Konsole(I'm running Fedora KDE) I know it works if it pops up a dialog notifying me that I'm about to paste hidden control characters.
So there has been some playing there. I guess I should have expected it to go somewhere even if it doesn't look like it worked. :P As long as it didn't break anything or trash the output, heh.

I have investigated and upon closer inspection with a hex editor it appears that while copying the script, say, from one text file to another I managed to miss the "04" at 0x7A7 at the end of "lspci for Open Firmware 60.txt", which I understand to be your Ctrl-D end transmission control character which dl is looking for.
Copying off the website carefully retains that "04" and it works even though that added four spaces"20" before each line. Carefully copying from another text file also works.

So, a learning experience, or trap for young players, as they say.
I have a habit of copying commands and scripts into a text file and adding notes for the future when I forget what is what, and that appears to have been a significant portion of my problem. Just to be clear this isn't an issue with anything you have done, you explicitly stated that there was a control character at the end of the file.

According to dump-device-tree, restoring R133 changed the clock-frequency from the overclocked 300 MHz back to the original 275 MHz.
Should be the other way around, 10642AC0 before, 11E1A300 after, and 225MHz(D693A40 I'm guessing?) from factory.

Anyway, glad to have that copy&paste situation dealt with! 🤣 Hopefully I don't need to repeat that mistake again.

Yup, the dl command doesn't give much feedback except for a reminder at the beginning in later versions of Open Firmware to press Control-D to end the download. The lack of feedback makes the dl command be able to receive characters faster (because it's not echoing characters to the console).

Oh, right. The first dump was 10642AC0 = 275 MHz. Your first description of your pm 6500 in this thread said it was overclocked to 300 MHz so I thought the first dump referred to that. But I see that you later posted removing the R133 to get 275 MHz which must be the state represented by the first dump which was made after that. Then restoring R133 gives the result in the second dump 11E1A300 = 300 MHz.
