Quadra 610

Could someone tell me where the blue marked pin of U25 goes on the 610 motherboard? This is the replacement F245 that previously worked. The pins marked in red seem to go to the SONIC. The blue pad may be loose under the chip now. Perhaps the trace was weak from the leaked cap and some heat made it break?



I have a spare chip, I could replace it too I suppose.

Side note: if anyone still has a 610 (or 660AV, or 6100) mainboard out on the bench and a ruler handy, would you mind posting the rectangular dimensions here? Thanks IA

610 is 199.2x280mm. Measured with a ruler, so say +/- 1mm
