Washed out Image on LCD with Sync-inator on IIci

IIci with a BMOW Sync-inator on a early 2010's LCD monitor gives a washed out image. The graphics are clear and crisp, just the gamma is wrong. Any greyed-out text is invisible unless I select uncorrected gamma in the monitors menu.

It has been recapped a few days ago, and the only corrosion was on one leg of one IC in what I think is the power circuit area. UE13 pin 8, but it ohms out to the capacitor next to it.

Have read that the Sync-inator is iffy with LCD monitors, and I have to set the monitor's clock sync to 49 from 50 to get it to be crisp. APD reports everything is working. DIP on Sync-inator is set to 1478. Have tried 1278 but get no video. Cache card was also recapped, and this is with and without the ROM-inator II installed.

Waiting on a SuperMac Spectrum/8 to see if it has the same issue.

This is resolved. It was indeed a sync-on-green issue that was resolved by changing out the monitor. Still using the DIP setting 1478 without issue now.

Original LCD (washed out image):
HP ProDisplay P201
PN: C9F26A
Mfg: 2014

Working LCD:
Acer X223W
PN: ET.EX3WP.003
Mfg: 2009

Guess it's a "try until it works" issue. Glad I didn't chuck the Acer after recently experiencing issues with it's compatibility with a Win9x PC and a Rage Pro Turbo AGP x2 video card.
