Trade-in parts

Cosmo

Got today few parts as a trade-in for PM 6100/60.

-Newertech 7MX71/81 (G3-prosessor card with Graphics card plate)

-SCSI cable 25-50

-Seagate SCSI HD 1 or 2GB

-Apple SCSI CD-ROM-drive with rails (Sony) (pulled from 7100)

The G3-prosessor card and CD-ROM-drive will go to my 7100/80 upgrade project.

The SCSI HD and SCSI cable will go to AppleCD SC-box wich i'll transfer to external HD-enclousure.

And few other conquests:

- Samsung SyncMaster 2243FW display with cables

- Dell Precision 690 (dualcore Xeon 5130 2Ghz, 2x 15000rpm SAS, 4GB RAM, nVidia Quatro FX4600, DVD+RW)

Haven't booted the Dell yet, might be ..noisy. If so, i'll plug the SAS discs away and put regular SATA-discs inside.

Intalled the Newertech card tonight. Had to do an "ghetto" installation with the card due lack of parts. Result? No picture. The guy who gave the card told he didn't get picture either, so the card might be damaged. My video card does work alone just fine. So, i had to use the integrated signal to try out. The card works fine after installing the software, so now getting nice PowerPC G3 240Mhz out of this ol' bucket

Some good Nubus-graphics card would be nice and... the Sonnet G3 400Mhz card.

That's VRAM, four 256 MB modules so coming total of 2 Mb on this card (1MB already soldered onboard).
