Im trying to make a somewhat comprehensive list of compact Macs and the many, many variations. I noticed that the Plus normally carries the model M0001A. But I see there is a variation for M5880. Serials start with E, not F, which I think indicated Singapore. Would there be a reason to have a separate model number for a Mac, or Macs, made there? I *think* I noticed this on the SE/30s also, but I dont have time to dig em out.
