Superdrive mechanisms

Picked up a bunch of superdrive mechanisms from CL for a couple of dollars each. So I’m upgrading the rest of my external 3.5” drives. Found the one that I’d wired the eject motor directly to the eject button. I guess I’ll keep a couple of 800k mechanisms but probably recycle the rest

Can show a picture of your Eject mod?  I'd like to do that with mine.

I soldered two wires onto those two pads. On the other end of the wires I have two pins. They match up with the connector that’s on the wires going to the eject button which I’d unplugged from the daisy-chain board.
