Suitable replacement cap for C1 512K Analogue board.

Hi,

Been looking for replacements for the C1 capacitor for a Mac 512 I recently got.  It looks like someone has replaced it with a 4.7uF cap in the past and this Mac has some slight screen issues (screen bounces slightly with disk access)

Found a Pansonic ECWF2W395JA.  Would this be a suitable replacement for C1?  It's a 3.9uF Polypropelene 450V +5% tolerance 105DEG C temp rating and 22.5mm lead spacing.  Link here at element14

Going to go ahead and order the cap, I guess being 450V will be OK?
