1280x1024@75 Hrz is decent for a CRT.

People have preferences and I stick to Sony Trinitrons but have shadow mask monitors as well.

Do you really want it at the price and condition available is a question only you can decide.

If working well you can assume it had the recall parts put in many years ago. Very big and hard to store on a shelf if not used (I’ve one merged from two bad; it sits on a removalist dolly when not used)

Well, I’ve had three of these/ the ColorSync fail on me, and that was starting maybe 15 years ago. If you are good with a soldering iron, maybe; if not, I’d pass — having said which, the CRT is excellent, if and when it works.

Tape it to your head and walk around using it as a VR headset and tell people it’s the original AppleVision prototype!

When I arrived at University in 1995 (Bristol, UK) with my trusty PowerBook 100, there was a guy 3 doors down in the hall of residence, US student, whose dad was the president of the world bank. He rocked up with a brand new PowerMac 8600/250 with this display (or it may have been the earlier version badged 1710AV). Twas a thing of beauty, we used to gather in his room every night to play with it.
