SE/30 simasimac problem (with new caps)

Hey guys I'm macintosh collector from Korea(not north😉) It's my first post on 68K.
Yesterday, I got a SE/30 with an ethernet card from Japanese seller and tried to get power on but no chime, no screen.
So i opened the case. It was pretty clean. (Better than i expected)

So I cleaned the board with vinegar and IPA and recapped the main capacitors.
When I powered on, there's chime of death and shows simashi mac.

Now I'm finding the cases of simashimac with death chime and I think It's related the ram or rom simm.
Do you have any idea to solve this problem? I tried to change the ram as normal thing but it's same.
I can't wait to see the happy mac🥹

mindthegap welcome! Looks like a nice clean SE/30 and a nice recap on your part.

Yep, pull the RAM, clean the ROM/RAM contacts, just use 4 x known good working RAM modules to start with. Looks to me more like a ROM seating issue.

Those look like original caps in that picture. I would clean rom slot, and memory slots with ipa and toothbrush gently. Clean contacts on memory and rom simm with eraser gently and ipa after.
