SE/30 Repair/Recap wanted (Des Moines Iowa)

Would anyone be able to repair and/or recap an SE/30

I would prefer someone local as the machine was working before it was shipped to me but was damaged during shipping.

The CRT was initially damaged and I replaced that but I'm still getting pretty bad video, and the needs recapped and replaced anyway. I'm not familiar with soldering and I would prefer this to not be my first project and ruin it.
