Se/30 Missing C62?

I have a socketed model Se/30 Logic Board. I have been running it for a while but took it apart to prep for installing a video card. When I inspected the bottom of the board I noticed that C62 is completely missing from the board. I have noticed no issues with it completely missing but was wondering what the effect should be and, more importantly, what the value is to replace it.

I have seen posts about a resistor link between L21 but haven't seen any completely missing the capacitor.

Thanks!

Haha! I have done some footwork research...

On the schematic redraws C62 is listed on the Pullups/Pulldowns page but I haven't traced it back to its origin. The L-series seems to be ferrites and I have heard of a bodge from C62 to L21 which is nearby. So your statement may ring true.

The issue I am concerned about is that I will be installing a Daystar040 in this SE/30 and wanted to know if that 'pullup' or filtering capacitor was going to be very necessary. I am also hesitant to just throw a cap on there if this was maybe a factory modification. I have 2 SE/30's one has a socketed processor the other doesn't so I was curious if maybe this was hardware revision based.

Maybe @Bolle would have insight into this. I plan on getting one of his Combi-Riser cards to replace a TwinSpark without ethernet built-in.
