Powerlogix Dual 1GHz G4 question

Hi everyone, I have this dual 1GHz 7457 upgrade card and I'm trying to figure out how to use it. Specifically, it has a pigtail that I believe is for 12v input but am not positive about that and dont want to ruin the card. I am not 100% sure its a powerlogix card but very confident its the Powerlogix Powerforce G4 '57.

I've looked at some install manuals from Powerlogix but none mention this cable. I believe its for 12v input because the other end *looked* like it was connected to the 12v line of a molex connector but it was haphazard, like someone crammed it in there. I cant find the other connector at the moment though.

I posted this question on R a couple weeks ago but no one really knew beyond suggesting a fan connector. I'm hoping for actual knowledge though, not assumptions because as I mentioned before, I dont want to damage the card.

My goal for this is to retrofit it into one of my Cube's. Its a project I started years ago but now that I have the high power VRM I want to get back to it. I also recently got copper shims to adapt the stock Cube heatsink to this card.

I was looking at a for sale listing by @herd and noticed in one of his pics he has a very similar card, highlighted in my attached picture. Only one wire soldered in on his but otherwise almost exactly the same.
Herd, surely you know what this is for?
