Some recent conquests;

Powerbook Duo 250, powersupply, minidock, Apple external 3.5" disk drive, SCSI-targetmode cable

-Has 12Mb RAM and 200Mb HD, System 7.5.5

-My first older Apple laptop! Such a charming little machine!

* Anyone with extra SCSI-cable? Could use external CD-ROM or harddisc with this *

Macintosh Classic

-Dead, no boot, motherboard, analog board?

Powermac 7100/80AV top-panel case.

-This is for my 7100/80(240Mhz G3) case as i added CD-ROM to it, needed new panel so can use the CD-ROM.

Sweet score! Your 250 makes me want to dig out my old 230. Of course you've got a nicer active matrix display. Used to use mine with an original DuoDock and 13" RGB monitor.

Those are cool laptops. I loved my 280c. It worked like a little trooper until one day using the duo dock, I ejected it like normal. Never powered up again! Thanks DuoDock II xx(

Speaking of DuoDock horror stories, I just remembered this story:

The old house I lived in with my Mom and Step Dad as a teen didn't have the most even floors in the world. Seems to be common of houses from the 1700s... The DuoDock faced at a slight decline. One time when I ejected it (after many normal ejects) it slid right out of the Dock, off the table, and landed on the hard drive corner, rolling under the table. Luckily, it was completely fine! I held my hand in front of it from then on when ejecting it.

I really had forgotten that until just now. Figured I'd share since everybody loves a happy ending.
