Hi , I just picked a powerbook 140, recap it and now I have a nice working powerbook. My problem is with the hdd, which is a conner cp2025 which I noticed that is not spinning. I make some tests and see that the power lines 5vcc has short circuit. I try to eliminate the cause, by removing components from pcb and I see that the rom, 27c256 is fried. Please if anyone has the contents of this rom , I can write it on another eprom and give it a try. I attach some pictures of my hdd.
