Macintosh ROM, 64-pin SIMM

Hello,
I´ve a question about the 64pin ROM SIMM which Apple used in the IIx, IIfx, IIsi, IIcx, IIci and SE/30. Are they interchangeable on these models (even if they have different ROM sizes and some of them are 32-bit clean)? There are ROM SIMMs with different part no. (eg. 341-0655A, 820-0296-B, 630-4339,...) Best (but not original) should be the Mac ROM-inator II, I know :)
Thank you.

I used my old IIfx's ROM SIMM in a IIcx that I owned. With the stock ROM chips on the cx board, the machine would throw up a sad Mac error code immediately after the startup chime. The IIfx SIMM turned it into a slightly crippled (no VampireVideo) and slower IIci. Booted up without problems.

II FDHD, IIx, IIcx and SE/30 are the same ROM, so yes. You can also use others Mac II ROMs with some limitations as mentioned above
