Mac Plus Video Out Options

I know the internal video signals of the Mac Plus and other B&W compacts are... weird.

I've looked into the RGBtoHDMI, and I know that's an option, but I'd honestly kind of like a more "period appropriate" analog output.

Did anybody ever design a circuit that can convert the internal signaling to more-or-less composite video?
