Judging from the dark stains under the caps and the green corrosion on some of the ICs, that logic board's going to need a thorough bath to neutralize it, not just a brief wiping down. Hopefully you've also got some way to drive out any lingering electrolyte from under the affected chips, unless you plan on carefully heating/lifting them for individual cleaning and reflow.
I know most people here who have the space for them will swear by ultrasonic cleaners, for achieving both of these things. You'll know you've fully succeeded once nothing smells like fish anymore, during recapping.
