M0487 Keyboard - Some keys not functioning

I really went ahead and decided to take my M0487 Apple Keyboard II for cleaning, I took the keys off, but did not take apart the part underneath. After I put back everything together, several keys failed to function, keypad, delete key are some things that didn't work, any ideas on what to do to fix this?

Note: I did take the parts out of the keyboard casing.

So I am bumping my post for my Apple M0487 keyboard and adding some more info, it uses what I think are Mitsumi membrane switches, please correct me if I am wrong. Anyways, several of the keys are not functioning, is the fix to use a pencil to add graphite to the contact points on the flexible green board that you find when it’s completely apart???

Thanks for any advice.

For the keys that aren't working, do the plungers operate correctly? For the disassembly, the furthest you disassembled it was to the state in the second picture in the original post? I.e. just removed the keys and cleaned up at that point?
