Haven't even seen these yet, but ... I now have one or two early PowerBooks from the "gray plastic" era. I saw a CL post for a bunch of freebies in a driveway, with a pic of about 2 dozen PC towers. On top was what appeared to be an LCD display. Since it wasn't too far from my home, I called my wife to go take a look. The LCD evidently has some cracked plastics, so I'll have to test. But she also saw some Mac laptops on the top of the pile that I'd overlooked in the picture. I told her to grab those too.
There are tons of generic ones on eBay for about $12 shipped.
