What are you looking for, just developer notes? I don't recall seeing that link, but here's some stuff that may help...
I have started a manual repository here: http://machut.net/manuals.html - so far, this is based on what Apple used to host on its own support website around 2000 - but it's just user guides, not developer notes.
Most of the service source manuals seem to be here: https://www.applerepairmanuals.com/
This site has user guides, technical spec sheets, developer notes and service source for PowerBooks: https://powerbook.micahgartman.com/
And finally, it's not massively exhaustive, but there is a good collection of developer notes here: https://cdn.preterhuman.net/texts/computing/apple_hardware_devnotes/
