Depends on whether it comes with a standard green monochrome monitor or one of the color ones. If it's got a regular ColorMonitor IIe / AppleColor Composite Monitor IIe it would be worth it if you're after a nice Apple II. If it's got the rare AppleColor 100 monitor (digital RGB and motorized tilt) it would be silly to not buy it. Those things go for loads of cash all on their own, working or not.
