ibook g4 keyboard layout..what is it..

sorry about a somewhat short thread topic but anyhow..

just wondering which language it possibly is for that particular keyboard which has a short left shift key as to fit a new umlaut-u key to the left of the z key and similarly it has a few special character keys around the iso return key itself, not to finally count of that the question mark is actually located under shift+6 keystroke too

My Dell Latitude CS has a Spanish keyboard on it because the original got battery bombed by a VARTA and no US keyboards were available. It fits some of that?
