Depending upon that dratted LCD Cable, this
could work.
Adding the
SubBasementHack™ brings that up to
should work . . .
. . . and provides room for a 12" Sound or Video Card and a vVidCard or better yet, an old VidCard that'll act as a TV-Tuner . . .
. . . but I'm pretty sure they don't put the Vido on the Mac's main monitor, just direct I/O on board the card.
. . . the sound card would be the PAS16, because I got that lil' puppy to output STEREO on a Duo! ;D
That and a Video card for a
real (2 pages @ 24bit) monitor on a KVM switch with a
real (read current) computer and you're good to go. :approve:
%*^&>
^*>&-^%$^%# LCD Cable permitting . . . :
p.s. using the MiniDock makes this contraption a
bit more doable within the Plus and ought leave room for the eviscerated Zip's entrails . . .
. . . 16" or Portrait Res will do in a pinch and a stereo I've already got!

)
:O
edit: almost forgot the best part, if I can get this to work, I'm putting the 18 month old AtomicToddler behind the DuoBits . . .
. . . using a set of DOA Plus Boards for adapting I/O ports, Power input/switch, Brightness knob/KVM switch activation . . .
. . . USB2
KBD Connection into RJ-11 KBD on the front panel . . .
. . . and I have always wanted to do a Slotloader Optical Drive where the cooling vents under the chin are located! [
