I have not seen any Mac adapter that extracts separate sync signals from a SoG source. I am 99% sure the Formac card is sync on green so you will need a monitor that supports that. (or tap into the composite or separate H-/V-Sync signals that exist on the card as well but are not broken out to the DB15)
