Death of a BlueSCSI

Hello folks! I need some help. I've been working with my Mac Plus and SE today trying to get the apps sorted on both. I have been using my BlueSCSI DB25. I wasn't paying cose attention and I connected the BlueSCSI to the Mac SE while it was on. ACK! Now my BlueSCSI doesn't get any power. I tried holding down the reset button and nothing. Should I look into a funeral for this poor guy?

I'd say see if it works on another mac if you have one, I don't think the Macintosh Plus supplies termination power without modification (unless you've done the modification needed)

Yep, the Plus needs the Diode Mod to deliver termination power. Does the Mac SE has a fuse for the SCSI termination power, like the Mac II has? Maybe did just blow the fuse. Did you try powering the BlueSCSI via USB or the Molex plug?

Yeah I tried on several different Macs, no response. I also plugged in the Mini USB, nothing. Buddy told me that I blew the voltage regulator. Does that sound right to you?
