DDP socket and type numbers

I'm assuming this was never published, but on the off-chance—does anyone know whether there's a list out there of all the Apple-defined DDP statically assigned socket numbers and/or DDP types? For context, I want to do syslog over DDP broadcast, which will require a static socket, and I don't want to collide with other assignments...
