Ok so I split this up into a new thread since it now seems like a seperate issue..
After recapping the analog board, this little classic has somewhat sprung into life.
The hard drive now spins up, and the machine turns on right away.
Voltages seem much more reasonable now, 4.85V / 11.87V
The machine turns on although the display is garbled, i would say the clock is probably running and throwing some data around as there is movement in those pixels at
turn on, then it settles and then changes again to some other pattern, Im guessing this is various boot screens happening..
Picture attached, also to note is that the reset button now resets the machine also, although there is no startup bong or chime...
i have already recapped the logic board, swapped the sims around, boooted with one on its own or the other no change...
next steps?
