classic horizontal lines

I recapped board, new voltage regulator. Still has bars on screen. Stupid thing worked fine with gooey cap leakage lol..anyone know what to check for on this that had a similar problem?? I have a working classic and analog board so I know when it will work fine once fixed. Cheers and thanks!

Check the voltages at the floppy port. Should be 5 and 12 V. Shows the LB the stripes in the working classic? Then the LB is the problem. Could be a problem with the ROM too. Reseat and clean the ROM.

Have a working classic board, swapped roms, no issues there. Will check voltage

Everything works now. Soaked board in little diluted vinegar for about 45 minutes. Rinsed with distilled water, let dry. Cleaned up my bodge wires. No more lines, boots fine.
