So grabbed a local classic for fun. Recapped it and cleaned. It was pretty nasty for cap leakage. Now its all recapped and working fine except sound. Checked traces, had to fix a few including a broken trace from y1 to rtc. Still no sound. Removed sound chip and checked everything, put back on and no different. Also, the reset button is non functional so is that tied to audio as well? No start up chime etc. will scroll through the forum for info as well.
