Not sure
@ants is keeping up with this project anymore. The Mac WIFI app they wrote is specifically designed to work with the OpenWRT router they were using and from my limited networking knowledge, WebOne is only a proxy server for web browsers, and I don't seem to find a way to funnel all networking traffic from the classic Mac through it to get the MacPlayer app to authorize over SSL.
I'm going to go about this what may be an easier way, setup a web server that scrapes Spotify now playing data, and renders it on a simple HTTP webpage you can load up on the classic Mac. I'd love to figure out a way to have it dither the album art on a modern browser as well.
