Board level repairs for Laserwriter II AC Power supply?

Does anyone know the components to replace or have the skill to repair a RG9-0319 (AC power supply) for a laserwriter
This is the component:

There is apparently a Capacitor and a Optoisolator that are world famous for blowing.

I'd also be happy to pay someone to do these repairs on my supplies.

Did you get this sorted? There is a man that works from The Cayman Islands who has a very good reputation according to forums. I could look to find his contact info if needed. I just sent him a few things a couple weeks ago myself.

I botched a IIg controller board by using an old version of Namer on it. Know anyone who could fix that>?
