Would an SD card setup in Basilisk II work with all 3 of the above SCSI emulators?

The sort answer is yes but...
The way you worded that sounds like you might be more familiar with the SCSI2SD. The BlueSCSI and ZuluSCSI work a little different. Those use a normal fat formatted SD and you put image files on them which makes them a bit more convenient to use with BasiliskII.
