Applied Engineering PC Transporter: Software detects it in IIe, not in a IIgs

A bit of a fun one I'm running into. I've got a PC Transporter here that's software detected in a IIe, but in IIgs (tried two) it just throws PC Transporter Not Found messages. You can see it show up under the IIgs ROM control panel as My Card, none of the programs will see it though.

Anyone else run one of these in a IIgs and run into issues such as this? I've got a color switch and not a IIe keyboard adapter, so having the IIgs work would be great.

The PC Transporter should work in any slot that's set to Your Card except 3.

Which slot are you installing it in?

Do other cards work in that slot?

@Compgeke did you manage to solve this?
in my thread about setting up the PCT in my IIGS, I wrote this:

My first discovery, that made me worry as hell when I started setting up everything: if drive and video cables are not plugged in, the card seems not to work and to be recognized by the system.

Maybe plugging the cables could do the trick?

I had this on a PCT I was troubleshooting for a friend locally -

I loaded the PC Transporter test program (the one that has an option to compute a checksum for the card). I ran that program, computed the checksum and then for whatever reason it was detected next time I ran the software. (Of course you should also make sure the PCT is set to Your Card in the IIgs control panel.)
