Apple Silentype print head

Hi,
I have been looking for this cute printer for many years.

Managed to buy one for a fair amount but unfortunately, probably in the transport, the printer head managed to be broken in the process.

Was not able to make a repair the part is pretty fragile.

The head was sold separetely at some point, and has a part number.

Someone can help here ?

The Silentype was a Trendcom 200 unit sold with an Apple badge, and even under other names.

Still looking, but some fun facts for everyone :

Trendcom made two printers at some point a 40 characters one (Trendcom 100) and the bigger 80 characters (Trencom 200)

Both can be used with the Apple II apparently.

The Trendcom 200 was rebranded by Apple ( cooling fins were removed because Steve Jobs did not liked fins) but only a new badge and some circuitry was needed to sold it under the Silentype name.

The main difference was that the Trendcom needed an external PSU while the Silentype didn't, as voltage was supplied by the Apple II.
The main switch was also removed as a matter of fact.

Apple sold not one but three models of the Silentype ( A2M0032 and A2M2045 for the Apple II series) with minor changes (badge only i think) and one model for the Apple III (A3M0001) with the Silentype III badge and name. (so rebranding again the rebranded printer)

Only the Apple II needed a separate card (The Apple "Synch Printer Interface Card") the Apple III was able to print directly using one of the Logic Board connectors.

The Trendcom 100 (the narrow one) was also sold by Atari with fins and a new Atari badge, The Atari 822 printer.

And other brands were also available (Axonit Thinprint IIRC)

The printer carrier belt is not easy to find, but from what i have found, the reference 2M252-3GT3 can be a good candidate.

I am not sure, but Trendcom went bankrupt, and probably was bought by 3M.

The small 100 was simply rebadged again.
