I'm writing a post for my blog on how to setup an Apple IIe Card, I know others have done it too, but I'm writing it in the context of using one of my pre-done images that can be written to an SD card. The images will be pre-partitioned with 1 mac and 2 prodos partitions.
As part of what I'm doing I'd like to include the options for the different version of the software for the Card, I've tracked down version 1.0, 2.2.1 and 2.2.2d.
From what I've found online there is also versions: 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 and possibly a 1.1. Didn't know if others have these versions and are willing to share?
