A/UX backup best practice?

Well, the subject says it all. Having set up A/UX 3.02 on my brave SE/30, the time has come to consider backing it up.

So how do you do it?

For me, offline backup would be sufficient. Maybe there is a way to dump the whole disk including the UNIX partition onto a second disk? Things to choose from: working ethernet card plus external SCSI enclosure with ZIP100 drive, disks and everything you recommend wrt best practice.

You can do the whole kit and carboodle with cpio.
