Don't got it. It's listed in the MacROMan GitHub repository but is not included in that repository's TestImages folder.
Oddly, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wB2HnysPp63fezUzfgpk0JX_b7bXvmAg6-Dk7QDyKPY/ has it (which makes sense, since it and MacROMan track each other), but it includes details that imply that I had the ROM at some point to validate -- but if that were the case, it should be in TestImages.

Ah; I had that in my "to do" list, but never got around to it. I seem to recall joevt and I both updating our MacROMan forks for that one, but I missed adding it to the sheet.
I would like a copy of that dump when you get around to it. Or maybe someone with a complete 5300 can do it.
