Where to get the QuickTake install discs?

I got a quicktake 150 camera that I got from my brother.

Problem: the second installer disc, is badly damaged (keeps wanting to format) and I need to get the software. No one seems to sell the software on eBay, and I don't know where to turn. Apple provides the first part of the software, but not the actual NEEDED part to get it up and running. I have no idea why they did this, because this renders the camera absolutely worthless. Anyone got an image they can put up so I can restore my disk? or anyone in the local vacinity to Omaha that I can get the copy? I have the original disk that was shipped in it, but no way to get it up and running. Can I get any help?

I've got a QuickTake 100 I've been trying to get pictures off today, so I managed to find the software....

of cource AFTER I installed it on my 3400 under 9.1 I learn I need system 7 to get it to work. It WONT(or at least as I've read) work with anything but 7, no 8 or 9.... just to save you a little misery.

....As to why Apple did it? Because they hate you. } ....or it could be that they really don't care that much.... seeing as they didn't bother to make sure that QuickTake owners could use their cameras under OS 8 or 9... though Apple really does keep a lot of older software and documentation up still that most other companies would have taken down completely ages ago.

The QuickTake 200's software works fine in OS 9.

Ah, but does the 200 software work with the 150 and 100?.. considering 100 and 150 were made by Kodak and the 200 was made by Fujifilm, I don't think that's very likely... but it would be awsome if it did.

I really doubt it will work with the 1x0s, but had to make the minor correction. (You specified that "QuickTake" didn't work in OS 9. QuickTake for the 200 does.)

No, software are different between Quicktake 1x0 and Quicktake 200; i doubt that the Quicktake 200 software will do the job for the 150 and 100.

So anal. Seriously. While we're being anal, I'd like to point out, that we were first still refering to the 100 and 150 for the first line there... and then when I refered to just "quicktake" in general, I said they didn't make sure. I don't beleive that's too far off. It's probably mostly just luck that the 200 still works under OS 9.

Besides, as far as I'm concerned, the 200 never existed, the 100 was what I got to use for the school newspaper back when it was new, so [] ]'>
