What software/game would you like to see a modern remake of?

Red Baron II - just improve the graphics and maybe some sounds, but keep everything else alone.

Gauntlet. "Wizard needs food, badly."

It would be fine with me if gameplay was not changed at all; just update the graphics. Or maybe not even that! Just port the thing directly! Older games like that would be perfect candidates for open source. Look at Marathon, still alive and well today through Aleph One.
If you have an older Wii with the GameCube ports, you can get the Midway Arcade Treasures collections which include Gauntlet and later versions of Gauntlet.  Of course, you need GameCube controllers, but a couple of the wireless controllers aren't too pricey -- or weren't a year ago.

3. Gizmos and Gadgets

4. Riven

5. Spin Doctor

6. Kid Pix 2

7. The Geometric Golfer

8. The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain

10. Sim Cinema

11. Sim Tower

12. Star Wars: Yoda's Challenge Activity Center

13. Nanosaur

14. Bugdom (all versions)

15. BeeBop II

16. Bill Nye the Science Guy: Stop The Rock!

Plus several other games I can't remember the names of...

In case anyone is still wondering, yes I was a young child when all these games were fairly new. ;)

Abuse was fun. There are probably a million remakes already... but I liked the mouse controls, simple premise and high level of difficulty.
