Recently acquired SE/30 has CRT broken. Is this fixable or do I need to replace whole thing. Finding another compact mac the best way to get these CRT?

That CRT is totally done. I'd definitely say finding another Mac is probably the easiest, but you might have luck finding an old TV or something that uses a similar tube.
I've done the same thing so I know your pain :/

I am talking to a local guy to buy SE/30. If that won’t work out I will buy just the CRT.

Until I get the working CRT can I use this external video port to test out rest of the computer?
I have this card installed.

9 inch monochrome (S)VGA monitors can also be a source of replacement tube.
But do note most were used for POS/cash register use, and if not NOS or lightly used, could be fairly burnt in.

That said, Mac tubes that have seen some use generally have the menu bar up top burnt in as well, so swings and roundabouts.
