Radius Pivot + SE/30 = Sad Mac :(

Hi all!

Hoping for a bit of guidance - I have an SE/30 with a BMOW ROMinator and SCSI2SD, running 7.5.5. I have recently acquired a Radius Pivot card, with the hope of running it out to VGA. On installing the card however, I get a Sad Mac with the code:
0000000F
00000001

A bit of Google-fu suggests that this a bus error, which makes sense if it can't talk to the card properly. Anyone come across this before? Any pointers would be much appreciated :)

A bus error is when the CPU tries to access a memory address that doesn't exist. It's a bit of a "catch-all failure", suggesting that memory fetches have wandered off to a place where there is no memory or memory-like thing.

Try it with the stock ROM; the ROMinator is great but the 32-bit clean ROMs that usually get put on it were not designed for the SE/30 and can fight with expansion cards.

Sorry for the late response but, for what it is worth, I have the exact same set-up that you have Dr. Evil, SE/30 with the BMOW Rominator, SCSI2SD but running 7.6.1. I did however, run 7.5.5. for quite some time and never had any problems or conflicts running an external display off of my Radius Color Pivot Card (V2.4). So, the error code could well be coming from somewhere else. Hope this helps.
