Ok so I had a ugly basket case 1.5 ghz and a working 1.67 ghz powerbook. Took over 2 years to get around to combining the 2. Now other than 1 dent by the dvd drive and 2 keys not working, The screen is flawless , 2 gigs of ram, 10.4.11/classic and it will be my bridge mac.
It can share the hard disk from my new iMac so I can download anything and wirelessly get it on the powerbook and using a usb zip i can get it on any mac with a floppy drive which is a color classic (with 550 board) to make any floppies I need. It has 7.6.1 on it so 400k disks may be an issue, but have not tried yet.
I was really happy it all worked out, that huge screen and airport extreme are nice.
