PowerBook 3400 - schematics?

G'day all,

Is there any sort of schematics for those PowerBooks?

I have a couple of non working PowerBook 3400s - both 200 and 240mhz, they have had battery cancers on those. I've cleaned them up and they're dried up etc but still showing corrosion.

Symptoms;

3 logicboards - shows video but no LCD backlighting - you can see it booting up but no video.

1 logicboard - wont boot an OS/HDD/Floppy - will only show mouse cursor but no floppy/Happy Mac icon - just blank screen with mouse, If I disconnect the HDD it'll have flashing Floppy icon, tried booting from floppy - it won't. I've already swapped to 4 hard drives - zilch!!

2 logicboards - dead/dead! (suspect broken traces eaten away from the battery acid)

I'd be happy if I can get at least 1 or 2 working from parts off others.

Cheers

AP

Unfortunately those are just the service manuals, the only PowerBook with schematics I believe is the 100, and I think there are partial ones for the first gen 140/170/145 systems too. Apple won't ever release them of course, so we're sort of screwed in that department. That cancer battery is just terrible, I've managed to avoid it in both mine but all the PC laptops from the time use it too.
