Portable Backlight flickering

I started up my backlit, which of course the motherboard was recapped.  Well I did not recap the inverter board as they were radials.  The screen flickered until the mouse button was pressed.  One thing I did not think should effect the other.  But I quickly took the screen case apart, pulled the board, put 2 new fresh 10uf 25v radials I had in the holes put it back together and all better.  Just putting it out there these radials fail also.

Oh yeah, the caps in the inverter board are typically electrolytic and can most definitely fail.
Just because it's radial doesn't mean anything. I had the "sealed" surface-mount cans that people think are super stable leak out all over the LCD board in my 160.
Horrible to clean up.
