Mac Se/30 Low Volume bong

I just got a Mac SE/30 that I am restoring...

• Waiting for new Capacitors
  
• Battery
  
• Just Finish Re Adjusting the CRT - was not center 
  
• Retrobright Everything - So far Key board and mice
  

The only issue that the unit has is the start up bong and sound using the connector in the bank...really low...any suggestions?
